I first met Khim when Justin brought me to meet her and Bret at Tavern House back in 1993. From the first moment we met, Khim was warm, welcoming and kind to me. Although never intrusive, she took interest in my life through from university to my career, to being a mother and a friend. Our common interests in food (like all Malaysians), wild life, and gardening would see us talking, discussing and swapping tips in these areas. Khim was a wonderful person, never complaining and always with a ready smile. I will miss her.
